Travel and Accommodation Information
All sessions will be held at the Sangnam Institute of Management, Yonsei University. The campus is north of downtown Seoul, about 10 minutes' drive away. Tel: +82 (2) 2123-4266; fax: +82 (2) 392-6706.
On you arrival at Incheon International Airport (this is a new airport near Seoul, which was open on March 29, 2001), take a KAL limousine bus (City Hall Route #1) at Bus Stop 4A or 10A to get to the city center and get off either at Plaza Hotel, Lotte Hotel or Chosun Hotel. There please take a taxi to get to the Sangnam Institute of Management (in Korean, Sangnam Gyongyong-gwan), which is on the campus of Yonsei University. The fare for one way is 10,000 won (approximately US$8) for the limousine bus and 4,000 won (U$3) for the taxi. If you take a taxi all the way from the airport to Yonsei University, it would cost about 70,000 won or US$55. Please visit the web site (http://www.airport.or.kr/Eng/) for more information.
The local organizing committee already made reservation for invited speakers at the guest house of the Sangnam Institute of Management, Yonsei University. Other foreign participants are advised to make hotel reservation thru the local organizing committee. Tariffs vary between U$60-200 in the northern central part of Seoul.
